Privacy Policy

Effective date: 27 April 2026  ·  Impact Technology Solutions

1. Who we are

Impact Technology Solutions is a sole-trader consultancy operated by Lee Wagner, providing fractional GTM, FinOps, and AWS Partnership advisory services. Our website is located at impacttechnology.solutions (and any associated subdomains including impact-technology.co.uk). Questions about this policy should be directed to [email protected].

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you actively provide to us or that is generated by your use of the site:

  • Course early-adopter sign-ups: your name and email address, submitted via the early-access form on any brand page.
  • Retainer enquiries: your name, email address, company name, role, and any message you include in the contact form.
  • Usage data: anonymised page-view and interaction data collected by our built-in analytics provider (Manus Analytics). This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to understand how the site is used.

We do not collect payment card details, government identification, or any sensitive personal data. We do not purchase or import third-party marketing lists.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you provide for the following purposes only:

  • To contact you about your early-adopter course reservation and notify you when the course launches.
  • To respond to your retainer or advisory enquiry.
  • To send you relevant updates about Impact Technology Solutions services, where you have not opted out. You may opt out at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe".
  • To understand aggregate site usage and improve the experience.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing (UK & EU visitors)

For visitors in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, we process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR / GDPR:

  • Contractual necessity — to fulfil your course reservation or respond to an enquiry you have initiated.
  • Legitimate interests — to send service-related updates and improve the site, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent — where we rely on consent (e.g. marketing emails beyond the initial response), you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site uses a small number of functional cookies required for the site to operate (session management). We also use anonymised analytics cookies to measure page traffic. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. No cookie consent banner is currently displayed because we do not use cookies that require explicit consent under UK/EU law. If this changes, we will update this policy and add an appropriate notice.

6. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Manus (our hosting platform), which uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain your contact and sign-up data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or until you request deletion — whichever is sooner. We do not retain data beyond three years of inactivity.

7. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services in connection with this site. Each is subject to its own privacy policy:

  • Manus (hosting and analytics) — site infrastructure and anonymised usage analytics.
  • Resend (email delivery) — used to send confirmation emails when you submit a form. Your email address is transmitted to Resend solely for delivery purposes.
  • Google Meet — if you book a call via a scheduling link, you will be subject to Google's privacy policy at the point of booking.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR (and GDPR for EEA residents), you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by email to users who have provided their contact details.

10. Contact

For any privacy-related questions, requests, or complaints, please contact Lee Wagner at [email protected].
